How do I get started?
Create a free account, verify via WhatsApp, top up your balance, and start sending from the dashboard or API. Most accounts are ready within minutes after verification.
What is the difference between masking and non-masking SMS?
Masking SMS shows your approved brand name as the sender (e.g. YourBrand). Non-masking SMS sends from a numeric sender ID, with your brand name prepended inside the message text when required.
How is SMS pricing calculated?
Rates are set per sender ID. Each message is charged based on your assigned rate and the number of SMS segments (160 characters per segment for GSM, fewer for Unicode). You only pay for what you send — no monthly subscription.
Do you support bulk and scheduled SMS?
Yes. You can send to multiple recipients at once from the dashboard or via the API. Scheduled messages are queued and sent automatically at your chosen date and time.
Is there an API for developers?
Yes. We provide a REST API for sending SMS, checking logs, and managing sender IDs. Generate API keys from your dashboard and restrict access by IP for extra security.
What happens if a message fails to deliver?
Our system automatically retries through backup gateways. If delivery still fails after all attempts, the charge is refunded to your balance and the failure reason is recorded in your SMS logs.
How do I request a custom sender ID?
Submit a sender ID request from your dashboard. Our team reviews it for BTRC compliance. Once approved, the sender ID and its rate appear in your account for sending.
How can I top up my balance?
Go to Buy SMS in your dashboard, choose a package or enter a custom amount (minimum 500 BDT), and pay securely via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your balance is credited automatically after payment confirmation.
Can I use OTP for gambling, betting, or other non-standard use cases?
Our standard SMS routes and sender IDs follow BTRC guidelines for regular transactional, OTP, and marketing traffic.
